Summary Problem Solution Industry Landscape
We are the first national, for-profit employment platform for people with criminal records. With a community of more than 11 million, we operate a staffing/recruiting business and a job board, and work with some of the country's largest employers. Y Combinator alum
We are solving 2 problems:
1. There are 70 million Americans--1 in 3 adults--that have a criminal record, and they all face intense pain in finding a job. Unemployment rate for this population ~30%.
2. In this era of historically low unemployment, corporate America is challenged to fill all their jobs (some 9 million are currently unfilled).
We have created a marketplace where millions of people desperate to find a job can connect with companies that have millions of jobs they need to fill. We do this through our staffing business and job board.

To date, we have facilitated employment for thousands of deserving men and women.
The staffing a job board industries generate ~$160 billion annually. While there are many companies in the space, none focus on the population we serve--the formerly incarcerated.

There has been a great deal of M&A activity within this space over the last several years.
