We are targeting the self-insured employer who, as a population, pays for 1/3 of America's total healthcare costs. Our target market (SAM) is a self-insured employer with +2K employees which we believe is a $500M+ market inside our TAM of $20-30B. Specifically, we are initially targeting self-insured employers with onsite clinics in industries with high injury rates like manufacturing, construction, and hospitals.

2/3 of costs from a workplace injury are not covered by workers' compensation insurance highly incentivizing employers to prevent the worsening and improve the recovery process of injuries. In total, US employers spend $180B, annually, on these uncovered costs and $20B could be avoided through optimized recovery tools.
