About
WorkLane delivers modern workspace and meeting rooms that function as an office on wheels. Our traveling offices can come directly to users offering a stationary workspace or transportation to another destination, allowing continuity in their work.

Industry
Landscape

Today, no direct competitors exist in this space. Alternatives for meeting and workspace are WeWork and Regus the largest companies in the meeting and co-working space market as well as marketplaces like Breather and LiquidSpace. Limousine companies offering executive office coaches are the only options today that are close in comparison. These services are very expensive, scarce, and not modern solutions like WorkLane.

The
Problem

Access to meeting and workspace on the go and during travel is notoriously challenging. Meetings are meant to be held in quiet, professional environments conducive to private and productive communication between two or more people. While the intervening 30+ years have seen meeting and workspaces become increasingly chic in ambiance, conduct, and perception, access has remained cumbersome for those on the go.

The
Solution

WorkLane delivers modern workspace and meeting rooms that function as an office on wheels. Our traveling offices can come directly to users offering a parked temporary workspace or pick users up and take them to another destination, allowing them continuity in their work. As a standard, WorkLane vehicles are: • Wi-Fi enabled • Soundproof • Designed to comfortably fit five people • Equipped with tv monitors • Private • Chauffeured

Business
Model

WorkLane intends to sell hourly bookings in a WorkLane at a price point between $49.00 and $99.00 per hour, with a monthly membership option that will allow users to book at a reduced fee. We intend to focus on selling to corporate clients while focusing on unit economics to scale on the retail consumer side as well.
