All in remote format, with no scheduling and cancellations, watch recorded videos anytime and anywhere. You can ask any questions, set up any time for preparation and see how the candidate responds in order to decide whether the candidate is the right fit for a face-to-face interview. You can also communicate with candidates using chat and voice bots and test their skills (and be sure they are not cheating). You no longer need to spend hours on interviewing candidates whom you won’t hire. GigKloud is a digital marketplace that connects employers to an on-demand labor force. We do this through an intuitive mobile app and website that incorporate aspects of the gig-economy with social sharing, and gamification. What makes us different from TaskRabbit, Pared, Hyr, Jobble, ShiftGig, etc?? - Our growth is primarily driven by physical sales efforts (Door-to-door, Cold Calling, etc.) - Our aim is to provide a better "Worker" experience - As a marketplace, our model is volume focused, with no resistance to adoption (No Mandatory Drug Tests, Background Checks, Applications, etc) - Significantly lower fees compared to all competitors. (Due to the marketplace model)

Knowbella Tech

There is an estimated $14,000,000,000,000.00 of unused intellectual property (IP) in the world. Knowbella Tech captures as much of that as it can, puts it on its Platform, which is not publicly available at https://Platform.Knowbella.Tech. Along with free tools, services, and grants, this IP is provided to science, technology, engineers, and math (STEM) researches and students around the world to push forward that IP. When they collaborate they earn cryptocurrency. One can think of the model as the "AirBnB® of IP" in a "GitHub® for Scientists". The initial business model is capturing that advanced IP and cherry-picking it and selling it companies and governments. This is the Red Hat®/Linux model. A proof of this was done by the Founder in his other company with a publicly traded company for $1.8M USD. With this crowdsourcing model, not only will highly pressing problems solved by making value of unused IP, many additional revenue models emerge. The preseed round was heavily oversubscribed. A lot was accomplished as a result.
